Penny or Penny-girl, sugar pie, honey bee, Penny Jane (when she is in trouble!), or honey bear is my second dog. She came into my life in May of 2019 through a dog rescue. She is a wonderful two year old girl, and Max instantly adored his new sister.
Rescuing dogs is something I believe in, and I am so blessed to be this baby’s new mama. She is such a sweetheart and loves to play and go for adventures.
Penny made herself right at home. She refuses to sleep on a dog bed at night, so she snuggles right up by my legs every night. She didn’t take up much room a year ago as a 1 year old, but she has grown now!
She also loves to eat! I switched her to Max Food (what I call his homemade food) within a few weeks. Her coat became super shiny, and she is the picture of health now!
Penny absolutely loves games. She goes crazy with excitement when we play laser tag or hide and seek. She barks and runs and gives away everyone’s hiding spot or position, but we don’t mind. It is amazing to see a dog so happy.
